Cutting mills for plastics were specifically designed for companies that grind electric cables and wires as well as for recycling pre-shredded plastic waste into granules. The blades in the grinder are mounted in a way that allows the grinding process to occur in both clockwise and counterclockwise rotations. Thanks to the special blade geometry the non-working edge of the blade is automatically sharpened during rotation.
Waste feeding inlet: from 800 x 700 mm to 3000 x 800 mm.
Electric motor power: from 90 kW to 400 kW.
Blade service life ranges from 2000 to 4000 working hours.
Manual blade sharpening is not required.
The rotor can rotate in both directions during operation.
