Magnetic plates are made of ferrite or neodymium magnet groups and coated in stainless steel. This device is placed suspended on the conveyor belt that transports the material to be treated. It is the simplest and most economical solution for separating ferrous elements. Magnetic plates are recommended for use in devices with ferrous contamination where the unit can be placed in accessible locations. 

The only maintenance required is the regular cleaning of ferrous particles attached to the surface of the plate. Magnetic plates do not consume any energy and the duration of their magnetic field (under normal environmental conditions) is unlimited.

Technical characteristics of magnetic plates

Magnetic plates can be manufactured in three different types: flat plate, plate with a cleaning channel and plate with special-shaped wings.

Each magnetic plate is designed depending the characteristics of the material to be separated and the working height.
