Such magnet systems are designed for continuous operation in very demanding working environments. They are individually engineered for each specific case, taking into account the type of the product to be filtered, the product flow as well as the available space for installation. This type of system requires minimal maintenance and has a robust and long-lasting construction. Different magnet configurations ensure optimal performance in each project.
Unlike magnetic plates, there is no need for manual intervention for cleaning of such a continuous magnet system. The possibility to incorporate an electric or hydraulic motor in this design facilitates its incorporation into a mobile filtration system.
