Electromagnetic plates are especially suitable for the installations where it is necessary to sort large-sized ferrous pieces or where the working height is higher than 300 mm from the surface.
The unit consists of an electromagnetic coil with circular shape in iron housing with stainless steel base. The design of the electromagnetic plate is adapted to the specific conveyor belt above which the plate will be installed taking into account the requirements of the working environment.
The manufacturer's experience allows to optimize electricity consumption and provide a working cycle of up to 100%. Electromagnetic plates are supplied with a control panel designed exclusively for each device considering the power of the coil. The control panel includes all necessary electrical protection measures for optimal and safe operation.
Minimum power of electromagnetic plates 1.5 kW, maximum power 15 kW
Working height in a range from 100 mm to 500 mm
The service life of electromagnetic plates can be extended by installing a cooling system.
