Hydraulic briquetting presses BrikStar CS are designed for compacting materials with a moisture content ranging from 8-10% to 18% into briquettes without the use of binding agents. All BrikStar CS models have a height of 990 mm. The container size for the compressed materials is 1200 x 1200 mm, with a height of 640 mm (approximately 0.7 m3 capacity). The most commonly compressed materials include wood, paper, straw, and certain types of plastics.
Minimum capacity: 25-50 kg/h (BrikStar CS3).
Maximum capacity: 35-70 kg/h (BrikStar CS4).
Electric motor power: from 3.0 kW to 4.0 kW.
Briquette diameter: 65 mm.
Compression ratio: 1:10 (maximum).
