MultiStar filters with briquetting press are equipped with an integrated briquetting press in the bottom part of the filter. The dust/chips that enter the filter are compressed into stable briquettes. This solution is ideal for companies that don't have space to store large quantities of waste. The briquettes using a separate transport pipe are pushed into briquette collection bins or bags, for example Big-Bag type.
Optimal performance up to 50,000 m3/h.
Cleaning of filtering bags by vibration or compressed air.
The degree of briquette compression is 9:1.
Filter width up to a maximum of 3.0 meters, length up to 6.0 meters.
Filter housing certified for operating pressure up to 5000 Pa.
The capability to temporarily accumulate large quantities of wood chips/sawdust within the filter.
The briquetting press is integrated into the filter thus saving the need for a separate press installation location.
Additional inlet sections in filter housing for big airflows.
