MultiStar filters with screw conveyor are equipped with a built-in conveyor running throughout the entire length of the filter, which helps push the waste towards the filter's end. Through a mounted rotary valve at that point the waste enters the transportation system. From there the chips and sawdust are conveyed to the fuel warehouse or containers using a separate fan. Such filters are ideal for large-scale manufacturers of cabinetry and kitchen furniture.
Optimal performance up to 120,000 m3/h.
Cleaning of filtering bags by vibration, compressed air or cleaning fans.
Diameter of screw conveyor: 500 mm.
Filter width up to a maximum of 3.0 meters, length up to 12.0 meters.
Filter housing certified for operating pressure up to 5000 Pa.
Modular design that allows for precise selection of the desired capacity filter.
Option to install the extraction fans inside the filter.
