The old fans used unreasonably high amounts of electricity. After conducting detailed calculations of the electricity requirements, we installed new fans and modern frequency converters. Electricity consumption has decreased by 40 percent!
Restoring clean air in the extraction and air filtration system is simply a great solution. It's hard to believe how the air quality has changed inside the workshop. Even without any measurements, it's evident that the air is very clean. The employees will confirm!
It has always been uncomfortable to read about explosions in other companies caused by sparks. We decided not to wait for a fire to happen to us and installed a spark suppression system. The suppression has already worked multiple times. It's a good thing we didn't delay the installation!
As production increased, so did the amount of waste. Our warehouses, ramps, and part of the production premises were filled. We decided it was enough and purchased a shredder and waste compactor. Looking at the neatly packed waste, we regret only one thing – why didn't we do it earlier?
After installing new equipment, the time required for their maintenance is significantly reduced. Adhering to the proper maintenance requirements specified in the user manuals and timely performance of preventive maintenance work minimizes the likelihood of equipment failure.
