The ExPinch explosion isolation system can isolate an explosion inside equipment or a container. Static and/or dynamic pressure sensors are used for continuous monitoring of the system, sending signals to the linear controller of the system. The controller activates an electromagnetic valve, which releases compressed air, causing the internal rubber diaphragm to close immediately. The ExPinch explosion isolation system is activated by an electromagnetic valve and fully closes within a few milliseconds, ensuring isolation from the remaining combustion devices.
