High-speed Shredders for Corrugated Cardboard are designed for shredding paper and corrugated cardboard sheets into fractions suitable for pressing. The patented construction of three slow-rotating shafts with shredding blades ensures an excellent shredding process, operating on the so-called tearing/cutting principle. This principle requires much lower maintenance and servicing costs compared to granulators.
Working width: 1200 to 2500 mm.
Electric motor power: 18 kW to 22 kW.
Capacity up to 8 t/h, depending on the material.
Removal of shredded fractions by conveyor or pneumatic transport
Special construction of shredding blades
Suitable for continuous production in companies.
Shredded fractions are perfect for pressing.
