MultiStar filters with rotary valves have a longitudinally mounted rotor valve at the bottom of the filter, through which the accumulated waste entering the filter is removed. Subsequently with a separate fan the chips and sawdust are transported to a fuel storage or container(s). Such filters are ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises that do not have much space for installing a filtration system.
Optimal performance up to 60000 m3/h.
Cleaning of filtering bags by vibration, compressed air or cleaning fans.
Filtering bags have a diameter of 110 mm or 170 mm.
Maximum filter width of 3.0 m, length up to 9.0 m.
Filter housing certified for operating pressure up to 5000 Pa.
Modular design that allows for precise selection of the desired capacity filter.
There is neither a chain conveyor nor a screw conveyor inside the filter.
Attached bins can be used for collecting of small quantities of dust.
