MultiStar filters with stirrer device are equipped with a rotating discharge mechanism with two arms in the lower part of the filter. With their help the chips are rotated around the discharge mechanism until they reach the rotor valve mounted in the filter floor through which they enter the transportation system. From there the chips and sawdust are conveyed to the fuel storage or containers by a separate fan or they are directly fed into a briquetting press installed right below the filter.
Optimal performance up to 170,000 m3/h.
Cleaning of filtering bags by vibration or compressed air.
Filtering bags have a diameter of 170 mm.
The requested area of the filter is from 2m x 2m to 6m x 6m.
Filter housing certified for operating pressure up to 5000 Pa.
The ability to accumulate large quantities of wood chips/sawdust inside the filter without unloading them.
The waste transportation system does not operate continuously.
Additional inlet sections in filter housing for big airflows.
