MultiStar filters with chain conveyor are equipped with a transport system running along the entire length of the filter. It pushes the waste material towards the filter's end. Through an integrated rotary valve the waste material enters the transportation system. From there the chips and sawdust are transported to a fuel storage or containers using a separate fan. Such filters are excellently suited for large and very large companies dealing with huge waste quantities.
Optimal performance up to 200,000 m3/h.
Cleaning of filtering bags by vibration, compressed air or cleaning fans.
MultiStar filters are available with filtering bags of either 110 mm or 170 mm in diameter.
Filter width up to 3.0 m, length up to 30.0 m.
Filter housing certified for operating pressure up to 5000 Pa.
Modular design that allows for precise selection of the desired capacity filter.
Option to install the extraction fans inside the filter.
Additional inlet sections in filter housing for big airflows.
