Swarf spinning system Minisystem it is a minimal configuration system assembled from standard equipment, designed for the handling of metal scrap. The main mandatory components of Minisystem are: a belt conveyor for loading the centrifuge, a separator, a vertical-type centrifuge, an electrical control panel with factory-installed electrical wiring. If necessary, a shredder and a system for transporting the scrap to a bunker can be included in the package.
The efficiency of Minisystem depends greatly on the type of metal being processed:
180 – 200 kg/h * when working with short brass shavings;
160 – 180 kg/h * when working with short steel shavings;
70 – 80 kg/h when working with short aluminum shavings.
* Assuming material density of 1 kg = 1 dm3.
