Vertical and horizontal centrifuges allow the removal of cooling fluid from short chips. Depending on the type of metal and cooling fluid, it is possible to achieve a moisture content of less than 2%. The horizontal centrifuge drying process takes place in a horizontally suspended drum, where the cooling fluid is separated. When the centrifuge is turned off, the dry chips and cooling fluid are completely removed, and the centrifuge is automatically cleaned with compressed air.
Technical specifications
Two models of vertical centrifuges are produced - SCED 5 and SCED 10.
