Magnetic grids are used to separate ferrous particles mixed with various materials. Magnetic grids are manufactured using different configurations of magnetic bars. The magnets are placed inside round or rectangular pipes to prevent ferrous contamination. This design is especially suitable in production lines of granulated products or bulk powders. 

Each magnetic grid is manufactured according to specific requirements. Each system is customized depending on its installation location and type of material to be filtered: measurements, type of magnet to be used, the number of bars and interspaces between them and, if necessary, the possibility of using deflectors. Before starting production a detailed 3D drawing of the entire system is sent to the customer.

Magnetic grids are an optimal solution for large flow systems as this design does not require special maintenance and any replacement of system elements is easy.
