UAB IPCENTRAS has been supplying wood and paper waste extraction and spark extinguishing systems to our country's wood processing companies, printing houses, and paper/cardboard packaging manufacturers for 25 years.
Magnetic channels are used for the removal of ferrous particles in industrial systems where the raw material falls freely by gravity. This principle of magnetic separation is adapted to both round and rectangular channels.
These magnetic separators are designed for the removal of both thin particles and large pieces of ferrous contamination that circulate freely in the channels. They provide continuous protection and maintain the purity of the product. They are installed in industrial applications that work with granulated or powdered products, in humid or lumpy states.
An inspection window can be installed in the magnetic channel to provide an easy and quick insight into the effectiveness of magnetic separation made by magnets. The magnetic channels can be customized under variuos configurations according to the specific application requirements.
Technical characteristics of magnetic channels
Magnetic channels are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
Easy cleaning of magnetic plates with hinged system
No energy consumption
