UAB IPCENTRAS has been supplying wood and paper waste extraction and spark extinguishing systems to our country's wood processing companies, printing houses, and paper/cardboard packaging manufacturers for 25 years.
The primary material arrives at the magnetic separator in the form of sludge contaminated with ferrous particles. In the first stage of the process, the sludge is diluted with water and later the product is treated with high induction magnets. The final product is clean material without ferrous contaminants and a mixture of water with removed contaminaants.
The use of magnetic filters for wet products in separating slurry is a constant, economical and reliable magnetic system. To achieve greater efficiency, multiple systems can be installed in simultaneous cascades.
The easy maintenance and efficiency of such a system make it practically an ideal solution, especially in demanding mining industry applications.
