UAB IPCENTRAS has been supplying wood and paper waste extraction and spark extinguishing systems to our country's wood processing companies, printing houses, and paper/cardboard packaging manufacturers for 25 years.
Magnetic cone filters are used for the removal of ferrous pollution (screws, bolts, nails, staples and other ferrous parts in general) from the raw material flow transported by the pipes. This is especially relevant for dry powdered or granulated materials such as grains, flours, sugar, etc... The installation of these magnetic filters is fast and simple - they are placed between the pipes through which circulates the material to be filtered.
The housing of the magnetic cone filter is made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. There is a high-intensity magnetic block - a concentrator inside the housing. It can incorporate in its interior either ceramic magnets (ferrite) or rare-earth magnets (neodymium). The choice of the magnetic intensity type of this filter depends on the characteristics of the filtered product.
