Medium-pressure centrifugal fans 105, 106, 135, 136 CV are highly robust industrial devices. The casing is made of welded steel sheets and later painted. The high-efficiency impeller with backward-curved blades is welded from sheet metal. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced according to the requirements of the DIN ISO 1940-1 (VDI 2060) standard. The fan is fully protected against common atmospheric influences. The standard finishing color is RAL 7040.
Airflow of the fans ranges from 220 m3/h to 220,000 m3/h.
Total pressure from 250 Pa to 6,000 Pa.
Inlet diameter from 160 mm to 1800 mm.
Operating ambient temperature is 60 oC for fans with direct drive and 80 oC for fans with belt drive and direct with a motor drive.
Available with three different types of drives: direct, belt, and direct with a motor.
All models can have an EX modification for operation in hazardous environments.
Factory-installed noise and heat insulation based on specific needs.
