Electrostatic filters for exhaust gases are used to ensure the strictest emission requirements. Dust particles are charged electrically using discharge electrodes. When subjected to an electric field, they are attracted to the collector plates, forming a layer of dust on them. The collector plates are periodically cleaned by a specially designed mechanism. The dust falls into an ash storage through a heated funnel without coming into contact with the emitted smoke stream. In this way, optimal separation efficiency is achieved by using minimal energy and an optimal time for the smoke to be in the filter.

Technical specifications

Minimum smoke flow: 2600 m3/h, maximum: 80000 m3/h.

Dust emission: 30 mg/Nm3, in specific cases up to 10 mg/Nm3.

Incoming smoke temperature: up to 200°C, in specific cases up to 400°C

Pressure loss: up to 500 Pa.

Installed electrical power: from 0.6 kW to 4.0 kW.
