Spray wall PaintStar U is a modular construction painting booth installed underfloor. It does not come with a built-in fan (delivered separately), usually installed in a separate room. During finishing any excess material settles down on the parts and the extraction wall on the floor reinforces this process. When an air supply system is installed above the workstation, it creates a smooth, low-turbulence vertical airflow.
Standard module (panel) size - 1,000 x 500 mm (length x width).
Maximum load capacity for such a segment is 3,900 N.
It can be configured from 500 x 2,000 mm up to 7,000 x 4,000 mm.
Filter material load capacity up to 18 kg/m2 (depending on the material).
Different perforated panels inside the booth ensure uniform extraction across the entire area.
Convenient and easy wall cleaning.
Extended service life for filter material.
Can be used in combination with a vertical spray wall.
