Spray walls PaintStar uses Paintblock filters Magenta 300, which greatly increases the surface area of the filtering material. There are nearly 10 square meters of filtering surface in 1m2 of spray wall. The primary and secondary filtration are combined into a single multilayer element, ensuring up to 98% collection of finishing materials. A special shelf-like construction inside the wall guarantees easy replacement of the filtering blocks.
The dimensions of one Magenta 300 block are 490 x 490 x 300 mm.
The nominal airflow of one block is 500 m3/h - 0.55 m/s.
The weight of one empty block is 1720 g.
One block can collect up to 10 kg of material.
Possible configurations range from 1,000 x 1,000 mm to 6,000 x 3,000 mm.
