Sanding tables Expert Z are used for manual grinding of parts. During the process, the generated dust needs to be extracted by connecting the sanding table to an existing extraction system. This ensures a dust concentration of no more than 2mg/m3 in the workplace. The mechanical or automatic height adjustment of the sanding table allows for creating comfortable working conditions for the employee. An integrated shield on the side of the table comes with 2 electrical sockets (230V), 2 compressed air connection points, and the main switch.
They are manufactured in 3 sizes - 1,000 x 1,000 mm, 1,000 x 2,000 mm, and 1,000 x 3,000 mm. The respective working widths are 1,280 mm, 2,280 mm, and 3,280 mm.
The working height is adjustable from 700 mm to 1,000 mm.
The required airflow for extraction is 1,500 m3/h, 2,000 m3/h, and 3,000 m3/h for the different sizes.
The maximum noise level is 63 dB(A).
A vacuum suction cup for horizontal or vertical part fixation.
The extraction system can be connected from either the left or right side.
Optional LED lighting can be included.
