Hydraulic briquetting presses BrikStar C are designed for compacting materials into briquettes without binding agents. The moisture content of the materials to be pressed should be between 8-10% and 18%. The height of all BrikStar C models is 890 mm. The size of the material container can vary from a minimum of 1200 x 1200 mm (capacity of about 1.0 m3) to a maximum of 2300 x 2300 mm (capacity of about 3.2 m3). The most commonly pressed materials include wood, paper, straw, and certain types of plastic.
Minimum capacity: 25-50 kg/h (BrikStar C3).
Maximum capacity: 130-170 kg/h (BrikStar C11).
Electric motor power: from 3.0 kW to 11.0 kW.
Briquette diameter: 65 mm.
Compression ratio: 1:10 (maximum).
They can be installed directly under the filtering unit.
Suitable for continuous 24/7 production in enterprises.
Equipped with an oil heating system, allowing them to operate in outdoor conditions.
