Automatic can presses DS-A are designed for crushing and compacting aluminum cans into bales. The entire process is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with remote control capability. The quickly wearing parts are made of HARDOX steel, ensuring the longevity of the equipment. There are four models of these presses available (based on compression force) – DS-A 250, DS-A 680, DS-A 700, and DS-A 1100.
Bale dimensions - height x width x length: 400 x 400 x 200-300 mm or 500 x 500 x 200-400 mm.
Loading hopper size: from 600 x 320 mm to 1400 x 900 mm.
Theoretical capacity: from 6 m3/h to 70 m3/h.
Capacity with aluminum cans: from 200 kg/h to 4500 kg/h.
Compression force: 250 kN, 680 kN, 700 kN, 1100 kN.
The most powerful models with aluminum cans achieve a density of up to 600-700 kg/m3.
