Axial fans and AVSV (with a diffuser) are sturdy industrial devices. The casing is made from welded sheets, and the high-efficiency impeller with molded aerodynamic profile blades is constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. This ensures high effectiveness and relatively low noise levels. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced according to the requirements of standard DIN ISO 1940-1 (VDI 2060). The standard finish color for the casing is RAL 7011.
Airflow capacity of the fans ranges from 2000 m3/h to 150,000 m3/h for AVS models and up to 300,000 m3/h for AVSV models.
Maximum pressure up to 1,200 Pa for AVS models and up to 1,600 Pa for AVSV models.
Impeller diameter varies from 400 mm to 1600 mm.
Operating ambient temperature up to 55oC.
Used in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Enhanced electric motor cooling for operation at higher temperatures.
Possible EX modification for operation in potentially explosive environments.
